Pleased to have found this reliable, local company. Lyla was quick to respond to my initial contact and provided helpful and timely further information at various points throughout. Henry did a great job sorting connections for a washing machine and dishwasher and, finally, Joe visited for a boiler issue on the same day. Both engineers arrived on time, were very personable and efficient, and explained in detail what they were doing. When a slight issue arose on the day, this company swung into action to sort it the same afternoon. Also, they were able to offer me a further appointment to replace my boiler within two days. A great service, and I will be using this company with a human touch again in the future.
