We keep cookies to a minimum. York Best Rated does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we don't build advertising profiles about you.

What we use

• Strictly necessary — a small amount of local storage in your browser to remember your cookie choice, so we don't ask again. This isn't used to track you and isn't shared.
• Our forms — the recommend and register forms are hosted on this site and are not third-party embeds, so they set no cookies of their own. What you submit is sent to our own server function and passed to our CRM provider, GoHighLevel.
• Spam protection — our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes your IP address and limited browser information to run that check, and may store information on your device as part of it. It is not used to advertise to you or track you across sites.
• Newsletter — our newsletter sign-up is still hosted by GoHighLevel, which may set its own cookies when you open it.

What we don't use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No cross-site or social-media tracking pixels on our pages by default.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may mean the site asks about cookies again on your next visit.
